Business Analyst Trade Finance

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Trade Finance processes and systems. (Core responsibility)
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process improvement. (Core responsibility)
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for technology teams. (Core responsibility)
- Provide production support for Trade Finance platforms (Finacle).
- Assist in testing phases, including developing test cases, executing UAT, and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Trade Finance products such as Letters of Credit (LC), Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Bills Discounting, and Supply Chain Finance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Trade Finance regulations and standards (UCP 600, URDG 758, ISBP, etc.).
- Prepare business process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Front Office) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
- Technical Knowledge / Skills: N/A
- Certificates / Language Skills: Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Soft Skills: Possess an "I can do" attitude ,Fast learner, Service-minded.
