Job Description

  • Monthly Reporting prepare periodic reporting pack for monthly close for internal reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management reports, identify risks and/or opportunities and develop recommendations for corrective actions  
  • Prepare documents, presentations and other materials for meetings as related to business reviews, Boards meetings, and Investor Relations matters such as Analyst meetings, Opportunity day, Company roadshow etc.  
  • Prepare Corporate information disclosure, 56-1 One report, MD&A, press release, company snapshot and others related to Investor Relations matters.  
  • Ensure that corporate information disclosure and related information in accordance with SET, SEC, TSD, and other laws and regulations.  
  • Perform general secretarial tasks and administrative support including organizing and scheduling of meetings with outside stakeholders  
  • Participate in other special projects.  
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports/analyses as requested.  
  • Assist the CFO for secretarial jobs / other tasks as assigned. 

Qualification:

 - Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields

 - 3-5 years experience in corporate finance or investor relations will be an advantage

 - Able to work proficiently with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point

 - Strong presentation, financial analytical and strategic thinking skills

 - Good command of written and spoken English

 - Willing to learn, friendly and a team player

 - Good interpersonal & influencing skills to interact with all levels of the organization
