Senior Sales Manager

Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Actively promote and sell Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and related services such as customs brokerage, warehousing, and transportation.
- Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Implement sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and other related documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in sales within the logistics or freight forwarding industry (Air & Sea Freight).
- Proven track record in outside sales and business development.
- Proven Track Record of Achieving sales targets or Project management in Logistic field.
- Good command of English communication (spoken and written).
- Able to use CHINESE is PLUS *
- Must own a car and possess a valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
