The HR Manager in Thailand will be a hands-on strategic partner to the CEO and the pioneer team, working closely with the regional HR team to ensure alignment with cross-border HR strategies. This individual contributor role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who can lead people initiatives locally, influence leadership decisions, and help build a high-performance culture in a fast-growing AI technology company.
Key Responsibilities
· Report directly to the CEO, providing strategic HR guidance and acting as a trusted advisor on organizational and people matters.
· Partner with the pioneer team in Thailand and the regional HR team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
· Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives for AI and technology roles in Thailand.
· Implement performance management, career development, and employee engagement programs.
· Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, HR policies, and best practices, while aligning with regional HR standards.
· Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives.
· Act as a trusted advisor on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.
· Foster a positive, innovative, and high-performance work environment in a start-up setting.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
· 8–10+ years of HR experience, ideally in tech or high-growth companies.
· Proven experience as a strategic HR partner reporting to senior leadership/CEO.
· Experience partnering with regional or cross-border HR teams.
· Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
· Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with CEO and regional teams).
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
· Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
