Key Responsibilities ;

  1. Strategic Partnership & Advisory


• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, challenges, and workforce implications.


• Act as a trusted consultant, discuss with leadership teams to align people plans with business direction.

  1. Organization Design & Effectiveness


• Assess and design organization structures that support scalability, changes, and business growth.


• Conduct organizational diagnostics (span of control, headcount planning, role design, productivity).


• Recommend interventions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and performance.

  1. HR Strategy & Solution Development


• Develop and implement HR strategies that address key business issues such as talent shortages, capability gaps, or low engagement.


• Design people solutions across areas like organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development.


• Work cross-functionally with HRBP to ensure cohesive implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

  1. Business Analytics & Insights


• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and root causes (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance).


• Prepare HR dashboards and analytics reports to support business decision-making.

  1. Capability Building & Development


• Identify critical capabilities required for future business growth.


• Partner with L&D to design development frameworks and learning interventions.


• Coach and upskill managers on leadership, performance, and engagement practices.

Qualifications ;


• Age years old.

Education


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience


• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR strategy, HR business partnering or consulting roles.


• Proven record in leading strategic HR or organizational transformation projects.


• Consulting experience (internal or external) highly desirable.

Skills


• Strong consulting and advisory capability with executive presence.


• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.


• Excellent project management and facilitation skills.


• Deep understanding of HR processes, organization design, and talent development.


• High business acumen and ability to translate business goals into people strategies.
