HR Officer

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable HR with a focus on Internal Recruiting to help us attract, identify, and nurture top talent within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience using a variety of job boards in Thailand (including LinkedIn, JobThai, JobsDB, etc.) to source candidates, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation in recruitment practices, supporting a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and training & development. Location: Silom - Head Office (BTS: Saint Louis, MRT: Silom)

Workday: Monday - Friday (9:00 – 18:00)

What you'll do:

• Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the company, providing detailed feedback to the hiring managers
• Work closely with a working team to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance and expertise in the recruitment process
• Innovate and apply creative strategies to address recruitment challenges and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Assist in the onboarding process by facilitating paperwork, orientations, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
• Contribute to talent development and internal mobility strategies to support employee growth and long-term organizational success.

What you'll need:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment (Experience using job boards such as LinkedIn, JobThai, JobsDB, etc. is required) demonstrating a solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace software and Microsoft Office suite for efficient documentation, communication, and organization in recruitment efforts
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• A strong interest in the e-commerce industry and a good understanding of its dynamic nature.
• Having past work experience in online or e-commerce industry is a plus
