- Develop and execute nationwide marketing activities and promotional programs to drive sales growth, product trial, and brand visibility across all FMCG channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, Convenience Stores, Food Service, and Online).
- Translate commercial and business strategies into actionable marketing activity plans, including promotion mechanics, activation concepts, manpower deployment, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead, manage, and optimize a large-scale field activation workforce of approximately 400 staff (promoters, brand ambassadors, event staff, supervisors), ensuring clear roles, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Plan and control manpower deployment by channel, region, and campaign to maximize coverage, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of field teams in collaboration with HR and manpower agencies.
- Ensure consistent brand communication, product knowledge, and execution standards across all activation locations.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Key Account teams to align marketing activities with sales targets, store execution plans, and customer requirements.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners involved in marketing activities, ensuring service quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor in-market execution quality through field visits, reports, and performance dashboards; identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities using key metrics such as sales uplift, promotion ROI, conversion rates, coverage, and manpower productivity.
- Prepare regular performance reviews, insights, and recommendations for management to improve future campaigns and commercial outcomes.
- Manage marketing activity budgets and ensure spending efficiency in line with approved plans and financial controls.
- Support new product launches by planning and executing launch activations, sampling programs, and market rollouts.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve execution excellence, operational efficiency, and consumer engagement across marketing activities.
- Age: Not over 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG Food & Beverage, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Business Development.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing activities or field activation teams.
- Strong understanding of FMCG channels and in-store execution.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and execution skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
