Job Overview

The Assistant HR Manager or HR Manager will closely support and shadow the Assistant Vice President – Human Resources in all aspects of HR strategy, operations, and administration. The role is designed as a developmental position to provide exposure to the full HR function across Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited and its group of companies.

This position will act as a direct extension of the Assistant Vice President - Human Resources, ensuring effective implementation of policies, processes, and projects while also building the capacity to independently manage assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Administration – Support the implementation of HR strategies, plans, and reports aligned with business objectives.
  • Manpower & Organization Planning – Assist with workforce planning, manpower documentation,and organizational development initiatives.
  • Performance Management – Support performance review cycles, HR KPIs, and provide coaching assistance for line managers and staff.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Assist in end-to-end recruitment, agency coordination, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Training & Development – Coordinate training needs, roadmaps, and vendor management.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Oversee payroll administration, visa/work permit processes, and staff benefit management.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations – Help organize employee activities, engagement programs, and act as a support contact for staff concerns.
  • HRIS & Systems – Assist with HR system implementation and day-to-day employee support.
  • Reporting – Prepare draft monthly HR reports (payroll, leave, expenses, staff costs).

Developmental Aspect:

  • This role is intended to provide on-the-job training by shadowing the Assistant Vice President – Human Resources.
  • The Assistant HR Manager or HR Manager will progressively take ownership of tasks with the goal of developing into a future HR leader for the group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS & Systems knowledge is an advantage.
