Job Purpose

Payroll Management: Calculate and process data in the used system, verify, and summarize salary payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor the payroll process, which includes obtaining data on employee, employee data-based management, time and attendance, calculating pay amount, calculating deduction items such as tax, social security, provident fund, etc.
  • Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and work process relating to compensation & benefit management to support the organization's direction and ensure local compliance and propose for management approval.
  • Evaluate, improve, and implement the salary structure, compensation, welfare, benefits and allowance policies and systems.
  • Set up salary structure, job matching to be guidelines for hiring successful candidate or internal transferring
  • Provide the improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures and perform other duties as requested by Manager.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits and HR related projects, Report or other duties as required.
  • Develop Human Resources related reports, conduct in-depth analysis to ensure system and legal compliance.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks designed by Manager.
  • Review monthly Payroll & reconciliations and maintain records and files concerning company payroll.
  • Advise company welfare and benefits to employee
  • Supervise payroll and HRMS team

Qualifications


•   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, or any related field.


•   Minimum of 5-7 years working experiences in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Process


•   Having knowledge of salary structure and development, surveys, bench-marking and job evaluation systems will be an advantage.


•   Communication Skill / Good command of written and spoken in English is an advantage)


•   Good command of Microsoft office (especially Excel formula)


•   Experience in deploying and using Oracle system is an advantage
