Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Source candidates using various search methods and platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates and conduct phone screenings
  • Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Coordinate interviews appointments and update applicants on their application status
  • Perform reference checks on shortlisted candidates

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Law, or related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • 0-2 years of work experience in recruitment in the campus space or mass volume hiring

Or HR administration.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and tax filing is a plus.
- Well-versed in Thai Labour Law and statutory requirements.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Various recruitment platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, JobsBank, Indeed
- Strong MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 10am – 6pm
