Are you skilled in CAD/3D jewelry drawing and excited to support the creative and production process?

Nova Collection Jewelry is looking for a CAD & Jewelry Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys design, precision, and bringing custom jewelry to life,  while also supporting product photography and digital content.

In This Role, You Will:

Turn Ideas Into Visual Designs:
  • Create CAD/3D drawings and Illustrator concept sketches for custom jewelry orders.
  • Work closely with the owner and customers to translate design requests into clear, accurate visuals.
Support Custom Production Workflow
  • Prepare technical drawings and follow-ups for the workshop.
  • Track custom orders, confirm ring sizes, gemstones, metal types, and ensure every production detail is correct.
  • Coordinate with outsource partners (stone setting, engraving, plating, etc.) and keep timelines organized.
Enhance Marketing & Visual Content
  • Take product photos and perform basic photo retouching.
  • Help prepare product listings on our website and online channels (images, descriptions, updates).
  • Occasionally assist with simple graphic layout for social or website use.
Keep the Creative Process Organized
  • Maintain files, references, and project information in an orderly system.
  • Follow checklists to prevent production errors and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

What We're Looking For:

Technical & Design Skills
  • Strong ability in CAD or 3D jewelry drawing software (any program is okay).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar for concept sketches.
  • Basic photography and photo-editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent).
Soft Skills & Qualities
  • Good English communication, enough to understand customer requests and write clear notes.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, critical for custom jewelry.
  • A calm, proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to learn the flow of jewelry production.
