Responsibilities

  • Control and Monitor follow In-process Quality requirement.
  • Decisions making on reject and acceptance for production process when IQPC inspector cannot make decision.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of QMS in production area.
  • Responsible for training all inspectors about PCBA inspection and judgment criteria , document preparation for IPQC inspector such as buy off first board , AQL report, and all related document for IPQC inspectors
  • High light to team in case of quality issue found or low yield including stop line when high major defect happened.
  • Analyze and coordinate with team to correct abnormal processes.
  • Training IPQC inspectors about NPI handling and inspection.
  • Support QA engineer about customer complain investigation on leakage and root cause.
  • Confirm and monitoring IPQC inspector discipline and performance.
  • Supervise IPQC inspectors for job arrangement, information and refresh training.
  • Drive and follow up with production team to get good quality of output with effectiveness and efficiency
  • Summarize the daily / weekly report about IQPC lot reject rate / NCIR/ QC rejected report.
  • Monitoring and report WIP pending to planner.
  • Prepare document and line preparation to support internal and external including customer audit.
  • Drive team to meet QC and department KPI.
  • ESD awareness and maintain good housekeeping of working area audit and control.
  • Follow company's quality policy (ISO9001 / environmental policy (ISO14001) and safety.
  • Performed on any job assign by superior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Industrial Chemistry Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Science or any relate field
  • Good Command in English both writing and speaking.
  • Fluency in communicating in Thai is essential
  • Hard working, responsible personalities
  • Computer office program literacy
  • Knowledge with SMT, Wave or Assembly Process
  • Knowledge with PCB, PCBA or Electronics component
