Job Responsibilities:


• To drive and implement sales plans through managing customer segmentation, control discount and improve percent of market share to achieve sales volume, ASP, CM and EBITDA target of cluster.


• To Analyze and explore a new opportunity in the market for expansion new plant and machine capacity to enhance plant network for delivery for new opportunity and meet customer need and increase company volume and profit.


• To monitor production efficiency and cost effectiveness through operating to standard work to reduce machine breakdown and improve mix optimization as same as deliver good product quality to meet customer need.


• To lead the team and support subordinate all function sales, production, CDS to work as the team and coordinate closely with contractor and other function RTF to ensure our services meet SCCO's standard and customer requirements.


• To ensure sufficiency & optimization resources within responsive areas to build-up and maintain competitive advantage, regulation compliance and good community relationship


• To build a good long-term relationship with key customers within the responsibility area to get competitive advantage for new opportunities.


• Be the role model and ensure the Safety culture being on the right way in every responsive operation functions.

Professional Experiences:


• Bachelor or above in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Financial or related field.


• Minimum 5-10 years successful experience in construction business with specific knowledge of ready-mix process, concrete business and industry regulations.


• Experience at least 5 years in sales within the construction or concrete industry. Proven success in driving sales and building customer relationships.

• Strong computer literacy.


• Strong problem solving.


• Able to communication & presentation Thai/English.


• Have a positive mindset.


• Proficiency in financial analysis and cost control, related to concrete operations.


• Proficiency in analysis Profit and Loss statement.


• Well coordinate and clear communication both internal and external company.


• Able to lead a team under pressure.


• Knowledge in Portfolio management.
