Jobs Summary:

Responsible for design, development and testing of mechanical equipment and systems from concept through production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Design & Development:

1.1.  Create and Finalizing drawing/ 3D models from uncomplicated drawings of rough sketches, instructions, or diagrams to be established practices and technical drawings.

1.2    Creates 2D detailed drawings dimensions of parts, material types, component fit ups, and assembly completeness for various machinery and equipment using CAD

1.3    Develops and test theoretical designs, conducting methodical experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results to validate performance and integrity.

1.4    Maintaining a database of drawings and transmitted documents.

2.   Analysis & Testing:

2.1 Apply principles of mechanics, kinematics and material science to design and evaluate systems.

2.2 Conduct mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA) to confirm design capabilities and predict machine/ system performance under various operating conditions.

2.3 Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to complex engineering problems and design deficiencies.

3.  Manufacturing & Production support:

3.1 Collaborate with Engineering, Production teams and Vendors to ensure design are feasible, cost-effective, and meet all quality standards,

3.2 Oversee the manufacturing, installation, and final commissioning of mechanical systems.

3.3 Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend modifications to eliminate malfunctions and improve reliability.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree of Mechanical, or related field .
  • No experience required.
  • Ability to use CAD program (SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good command in English.
