Job Description
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., New Business Development, Construction) and external parties such as landlords, government agencies, and suppliers.
- Review and analyze proposed sites to ensure compliance with contracts, lease agreements, and company requirements.
- Prepare, process, and maintain documents such as lease agreements, land title deeds, expense requisitions, and project-related approvals.
- Record data and prepare site status reports to monitor project progress.
- Support the construction team to meet project timelines and company standards.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for quotations and pricing.
- Raise PR/PO to suppliers and procurement department.
- Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports for management.
- Performed ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree ina related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles.
- Knowledge of business administration and/or purchasing & procurement processes.
- Experience in retail shop management, authority permission processes, or construction/maintenance coordination is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Remarks: The company will conduct a criminal background check before considering hiring for this position.
