Job Description

The Customer Advisor - Seller Engagement position is focused on aiding the sales campaigns. The role requires skilled multi-tasking, adaptability to changes, in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional and pleasant proactiveness in customer interactions and working effectively both independently and in a team. Proficiency in basic computer navigation, MS Office, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated outbound contact support to our seller engagement teams during campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and successful campaign execution
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering solutions and guidance on sales processes and product offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues swiftly and efficiently
  • Adapt to changing scenarios in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving capabilities

Qualification

  • Thai nationality
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Vocation Diploma (Por Wor Sor) is accepted with 6 months to 1 years of experience in tele-sales or related sales roles
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
