Job Summary: Support new marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and collaborations. This role requires close coordination with the General Manager, internal teams, and external partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Brief & Planning

  • Receive and interpret marketing briefs directly from the General Manager.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities aligned with brand and business objectives.

KOL & PR Management

  • Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage KOL & voucher budgets.
  • PR, purchase orders (PO), and related approvals.

Content & Social Media

  • Create and post engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor performance and propose improvements to maximize reach and engagement.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Lead and execute collaboration projects with external and internal partners.
  • Handle administrative tasks and cross-team coordination to support marketing activities.

Team Support & Integration

  • Collaborate with the Central Marketing team for production, lookbook creation, graphic design, advertising materials, and event planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer (KOL) engagement.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel domestically for marketing events, store visits, and brand collaborations as required.
