Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and trend-savvy Senior Social Media Officer to manage and grow our brand presence across owned social platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, content-driven individual who loves storytelling, thrives on cultural trends, and can balance creativity with performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Planning – Develop and execute monthly/quarterly social media calendars aligned with brand strategy.
  • Content Creation & Pillars – Ideate and manage content across formats (static, video, short-form, reels/TikTok) while ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Platform Management – Oversee daily management of all owned social platforms (excluding website).
  • Monitoring & Reporting – Track performance, conduct social listening, and deliver insightful monthly reports.
  • Paid Media Support – Execute ad boosts and manage moderate-level media buying focused on awareness and engagement campaigns.
  • Trendspotting – Provide weekly updates on social trends, competitor moves, and cultural insights to inspire fresh content ideas.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative team to ensure content consistency and innovation. Support on any digital marketing campaign on idea and execution.
  • Community Engagement – Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to nurture brand loyalty. Moderate conversations and handle audience interactions.

Qualifications & Traits

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LINE, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and content aesthetics.
  • Comfortable with basic paid media buying and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills and team player mindset.
  • Passionate about content creation, digital culture, and staying ahead of trends.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to brand growth.
