Job Responsibilities

  • Store Operations

    Manage and operate the company's Shopify independent website and e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Maintain price consistency across platforms, ensure a healthy assortment, stable stock availability, and drive store exposure and sales performance.
  • Handle product listing, optimization of titles/descriptions/keywords to improve search ranking and conversion.
  • Promotions & Campaign Execution

    Manage promotion stock planning, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory allocation to ensure sufficient stock during campaigns.
  • Participate in platform campaign submissions, resource negotiations, asset preparation, and execution to drive GMV.
  • Develop regular promotional strategies to increase click-through rate and conversion rate.
  • Platform Communication & Account Management

    Maintain strong working relationships with platform account managers (Shopee/Lazada).
  • Handle daily account management, campaign applications, and negotiation of platform traffic resources.
  • Execute platform recommendations to optimize store performance.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

    Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering KPIs such as UV, CVR, AOV, ROI, and advertising performance.
  • Conduct campaign reviews, analyze product performance, and develop actionable optimization plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Advertising & Traffic Management

    Manage and optimize Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads, or TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Control advertising spend and improve overall ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Coordinate with design, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth product launches, campaign execution, and order fulfillment.
  • Support customer service and after-sales teams to improve customer experience and store ratings.

Job Qualifications

  • Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and related e-commerce backend systems.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online store management.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking capability.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Good command of English and Thai; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in marketplace advertising or social media marketing is an advantage.
