Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented KOL Specialist to manage and grow our influencer and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships. This role is responsible for planning and executing influencer campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & KOL Management
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers/KOLs that align with brand positioning.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
• Provide clear briefs and ensure influencer content following brand guidelines.
Campaign Execution & Performance
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI), and prepare reports.
• Ensure influencers deliver content that is creative, on-brand, and drives measurable results.
Event & Onsite Support
• Join onsite brand activations and retail events activities with the marketing team.
• Support event setup, coordination, and ensure influencer-related activities (if any) are well integrated.
• Capture live content or coordinate with influencers/partners during events to maximize visibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work with social media, brand, and trade marketing teams to integrate influencer marketing into wider campaigns.
• Share insights and recommendations for new influencer/creator opportunities based on trends and market research.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital marketing.
Skills:
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on and proactive with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of influencer ecosystems on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Willingness to join onsite events (including evenings or weekends when required).
