  • KPI Control: Manage performance of 4 regional mega sorting centers (SOC), 6 regional centers (RC) nationwide, and any new facilities
  • Operations Dashboard: Check-in, gap analysis, alignment with center leaders and business teams across all miles
  • Expansion: Follow up Operations Excellence team for set up of new facilities (SOC/RC)
  • Improvement: Drive SOC/RC initiatives, SLA improvement, project execution
  • Data & Insights: Operations data investigation, summary and reporting in weekly/monthly meetings
  • Quality Control: Loss dispute follow-up, recovery coordination, SLA monitoring
  • Loss Analysis: Track SOC/RC loss parcels, coordinate with Line Haul team, and analyze trends
  • Process Control: Miss-sort resolution, AWB sort code update requests
  • BI/Product: Collaborate for system enhancement and new feature implementation
  • Training: Lead rollout and training on new product features

  • Able to be based at Wangnoi, Ayutthaya
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Logistics Management or related fields
  • Experience in team management
  • Strong leadership as KPI controller and strong follow-up skills
  • Experienced of E-commerce SLA
  • Strong analysis to deep dive in details and hypothesis for root cause solving
  • Strong communication, presentation skills both in Thai and English
  • Able to work well under pressure, within short timeline and when required especially during nighttime and campaigns
