RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate recording of financial transactions
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Thai GAAP / relevant standards
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of all accounts (bank, AP, AR, assets, etc.)

Management & Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team
  • Assign tasks, review work quality, and ensure strong internal controls
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant government agencies

Tax & Compliance

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax filings (PP.30, PP.36, PND.1, 3, 53, etc.)
  • Oversee VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax compliance
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies

Budgeting & Analysis

  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management
  • Monitor company expenditures and cost control measures

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Improve and maintain internal control procedures
  • Implement accounting best practices and process efficiencies
  • Support accounting system enhancements

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's degree or CPA/CPD is a plus)
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Good command in English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience or familiar working with Multinational Company
  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Experience in managing or supervising a team
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
