Accounting Operations Manager

Oversees all Accounting, Taxation, Finance and others are related functions, ensures compliance with Thai GAAP and tax regulations, manages cash flow, leads financial reporting and audits, and drives operational efficiency while developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting tasks for corporate clients as assigned, including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, and taxation.
  • Act as the main coordinator between the internal accounting team and clients to ensure smooth service delivery that meets expectations.
  • Review the accuracy of accounting records and reports delivered to clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and relevant tax laws.
  • Plan and supervise the team's operations to ensure monthly and annual account closures are completed on time.
  • Monitor work quality and improve work processes for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up and resolve issues in accounting services, such as delays, incomplete documentation, or client inquiries.
  • Assist in planning and developing accounting systems/internal systems used for client services.
  • Prepare progress reports for management and attend client meetings when necessary.
  • Provide initial advice to clients on accounting and tax matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager; experience in an Accounting firm is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Thai accounting, financial statement preparation, financial reporting, income expense accounting, monthly/year-end account closures.
  • Proficient in preparing all types of Thai Taxation reports, such as PND 1, 3, 50, 51, 53, and PP 30, and handling tax-related documentation.
  • Responsible for reviewing the accuracy of accounting and financial systems and ensuring financial statements comply with accounting standards and reporting requirements, including all types of tax responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with accounting software such as XERO or TR CLOUD is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, delegate, and develop team potential.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination skills with both internal departments and external agencies.
  • English communication skills are a plus.
