General Accounting and HR

Our client is a technology-focused firm with headquarters in the UK, providing end-to-end sales, business development, and channel management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations (General Bookkeeping).
- Ability to work closely with the outsourced accounting firm and auditors to support payroll preparation; month-end, half-year, and year-end closing procedures; prepare financial reports; arrange tax filings; and assist with other financial matters.
- Oversee staff reimbursement claims, including reviewing and filing staff receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, local tax requirements, company policies, and relevant local laws.
- Provide general support with HR functions, including employee record management and onboarding processes.
- Maintain internal documentation, policies, and filing systems.
- Program: Xero.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills, as the role reports to the UK.
- Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience in Xero accounting software is preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently within a small team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prior experience working with international companies or multinational teams.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, performance documentation, and employee relations.
