About Us:

Swift Day Surgery is a modern-day surgery center providing high-standard medical services with international collaboration. Acquest Stem Cell Research & Development focuses on advanced regenerative medicine and biomedical research. We are expanding and seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage financial operations across both entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall accounting functions including AP, AR, and GL.

• Record all income and expense transactions accurately in the accounting system.

• Prepare and issue withholding tax certificates.

• Prepare and submit tax forms: PND 1, 3, 53, 50, and 51.

• Prepare and file VAT (PP.30) and other statutory filings.

• Handle social security submissions, employee registration and termination reports.

• Prepare monthly purchase and sales tax reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage petty cash disbursements and reimbursements.

• Prepare year-end closing and supporting schedules for audit.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax officers, and related parties when required.

• Provide financial data and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPD License) is required.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general accounting functions.

• Solid knowledge of Thai taxation, social security, and statutory compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to communicate in English (our team includes international staff).

• High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently.

Working Conditions:

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)

• Work location: BTS Ekkamai (near Gateway Ekkamai)
