About the Role
We're seeking a visionary and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead our Thailand marketing operations.
In this high-impact role, you'll drive full-funnel growth—from brand awareness to conversion and retention—while empowering a high-performing team to deliver measurable results.
As part of a global EdTech leader, you'll shape how Thai parents and students experience digital learning and play a key role in scaling our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that build brand awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, digital, and performance channels.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and business growth impact.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR) and implement A/B testing and attribution models to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Drive aggressive lead growth and ensure consistent pipeline expansion.
Brand & Content Marketing
- Craft a compelling brand story aligned with our mission and learning philosophy.
- Develop integrated content strategies (video, blog, email, social) that resonate with Thai parents and learners.
- Oversee creative direction and ensure message consistency across channels.
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, segmentation, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Academic teams to strengthen customer experience and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to support go-to-market launches, enhance user acquisition, and localize global campaigns.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in B2C technology or EdTech companies, ideally within family or kids' learning segments.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, growth metrics, and conversion funnels.
- Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, CRM tools, and BI dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (Thai & English; Mandarin is a plus).
- Passionate about education and creating meaningful impact for learners and families.
