Position Overview:

The Head of Social Commerce will take full responsibility for leading Crea's TikTok channel and driving growth across Social Commerce in Thailand. This role will be accountable for P&L performance, client engagement, and category growth, while building strong partnerships with TikTok and local brands. The leader will also scale Crea's end-to-end service offering across livestreaming, affiliate, videos, and marketing services, positioning the company as a key social commerce enabler in the market.

Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Partnership & Platform Growth

  • Lead the end-to-end management of Crea's TikTok business, ensuring Crea is positioned as top enable partner.
  • Understand TikTok's growth strategies & focus in the market
  • Able to build offerings that align with Tiktok directions and maximize their incentive/support schemes (e.g content production, GMV max, etc.)

2. Category & Business Performance

  • Develop and implement category growth strategies across Beauty, Fashion and FMCG/Mom & Baby.
  • Collaborate with the BD team to tailor solutions for new and existing clients, upselling full-funnel services.
  • P&L management for all services (Livestreaming, Affiliate, Videos, Marketing)
  • Monitor category performance, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarks to continuously adapt strategies.

3. P&L & Operational Management

  • Take full P&L responsibility for the Social Commerce business in Thailand.
  • Build annual and quarterly business plans, including KPIs and OKRs and monitor the progress.
  • Ensure operational excellence in livestream execution, affiliate management, content production, video and KOL/KOC engagement.
  • Optimize resource allocation and process efficiency to balance cost control with growth.

4. Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Social Commerce team, including functions in partnerships, operations, and client success.
  • Define clear KPIs and performance metrics for all team members.
  • Create a strong culture of execution, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Thai local, with deep understanding of TikTok Thailand, local brands, and consumer dynamics.
  • English skill is a must.
  • FMCG experience is highly valued, particularly in Beauty, Fashion, and FMCG categories.
  • Experience in Social Commerce/TikTok is a must (not necessarily from TikTok itself, but proven expertise in building and scaling business on TikTok).
  • Proven success in growing market share, acquiring brands, and leading category expansion.
  • Track record of building and scaling full-funnel marketing solutions for brands.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in P&L management, performance metrics, and campaign ROI analysis.
