About the Role

The Platform กำลังตามหาคนนักกลยุทธ์ที่หลงใหล่ใน Media Touch Point และการสร้างประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า และสามารถวางแผนสื่อได้รอบด้านทั้ง Online + Offline และมีความเข้าใจใน Social Media และพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคยุคปัจจุบันได้เป็นอย่างดี

คุณจะได้ขับเคลื่อนแคมเปญให้กับแบรนด์ชั้นนำ ผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลหลากหลายช่องทาง ตั้งแต่ Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ไปจนถึง TikTok, LINE , Twitter (X), Lemon8 หรือแพลตฟอร์มเกิดใหม่อื่น ๆ


Qualifications & experience
  • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป ในสาย Media / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
  • ผ่านการทำงานใน หลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม เข้าใจการปรับใช้กลยุทธ์ให้เหมาะกับประเภทธุรกิจ
  • เข้าใจลึกทั้ง ATL / BTL Media และมีทักษะวางแผนทั้งในเชิงกลยุทธ์และการลงมือทำ
  • มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน SEO / SEM / Google Ads / Meta Ads / TikTok / Programmatic
  • ใช้งานเครื่องมือเช่น Pixel, GA4, GTM, Data Studio และระบบ Marketing Tracking อื่นๆ ได้
  • มีความสามารถด้าน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงแคมเปญและเพิ่ม ROI
  • ใช้ AI Tools หรือ Martech เพื่อช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพงานหรือการบริหารจัดการทีม
  • เป็นผู้นำที่ สามารถดูแลและพัฒนาทีมให้เติบโต มีใจให้กับการสอนงานและพัฒนาคน
  • ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ใน Agency หรือทำแคมเปญ Performance แบบ Data-driven จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Tasks & responsibilities
  • วางกลยุทธ์ Media ทั้ง Above the Line (ATL) และ Below the Line (BTL) ครอบคลุม Digital, OOH, On-ground, Influencer
  • บริหารแผน Media Buying / Optimization ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางการตลาดและ ROI
  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมกลยุทธ์ ครีเอทีฟ และลูกค้าเพื่อออกแบบ Media Touchpoint อย่างแม่นยำ
  • ใช้ Data และ Ads Performance เช่น Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads เพื่อวิเคราะห์และ Optimize แคมเปญแบบเรียลไทม์
  • ดูแลระบบ Tracking เช่น Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4) และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ SEO/SEM เพื่อวางแผนทั้ง Paid & Organic
  • ริเริ่มแนวทางใหม่ๆ ทั้ง เครื่องมือ, วิธีคิด และโซลูชัน ที่นำไปใช้ได้จริงในทีมและองค์กร
  • นำเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เช่น AI Tools, Automation, Martech เข้ามาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
  • เป็นผู้นำทีมที่สามารถ บริหาร, จัดการ และพัฒนาทีม ได้ดี ช่วย Grooming ทีมให้เก่งขึ้น ทั้งในด้านความคิด กลยุทธ์ และทักษะเชิงเทคนิค
  • ขยันอัปเดตความรู้และเทรนด์อุตสาหกรรม และสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็น โอกาสใหม่ให้กับองค์กร
