WE'RE HIRING WE'RE LOOKING FOR A "Head of Integrated Media" TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH
The Head of Integrated Media oversees AEON's media strategy for brand growth and customer acquisition, ensuring business goals align with media spending and results across all channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Media & Campaign Strategy
- Lead integrated media and campaign planning across brand awareness and acquisition objectives.
- Translate product goals into clear media and funnel strategies.
- Ensure campaign execution aligns with customer journeys and business priorities.
Owned Media & Digital Channels
- Manage content strategy, development, and publishing for AEON's platforms—Facebook, LINE OA, TikTok, Website, YouTube, and on-site media.
- Optimize channels and content to boost customer awareness, consideration, and acquisition.
Paid Media Direction & Performance
- Offer strategic guidance to paid media teams and agencies for platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Establish performance objectives and efficiency standards consistent with acquisition targets.
- Assess campaign results and suggest optimizations or budget reallocations when necessary.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign and funnel performance across channels.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
- Ensure performance reporting supports action and accountability.
Event & Activation Support
- Develop media and engagement concepts for key brand events and activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-ground activities align with brand and acquisition objectives.
- Gather customer insights from events and branch activities to inform future campaigns.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage online, offline, and event-related media budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Ensure budget utilization aligns with strategic priorities and performance outcomes.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Work closely with product owners, internal teams, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Communicate performance updates and strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or performance-driven industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of both brand communication and performance marketing.
- Good command in English
