Operation Construction

1. Booth & Construction Management

  • Supervise the construction of standard booths, custom-built booths, and national or group pavilions.
  • Review and verify booth designs and drawings to ensure compliance with venue regulations and organizer requirements.
  • Inspect construction quality, structural strength, and safety standards.

2. Contractor Coordination

  • Coordinate and supervise official contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Plan and control build-up, show days, and dismantling schedules.
  • Resolve on-site issues and construction-related problems in collaboration with contractors.

3. On-site Operation Control

  • Manage on-site operations during installation, exhibition days, and dismantling periods.
  • Inspect booth structures, electrical systems, and finishing works to ensure readiness and safety.
  • Report on-site status and issues to the Operation Manager.

4. Venue & Regulation Compliance

  • Coordinate with venue management, hall managers, and technical teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with venue regulations, safety rules, and operational guidelines.
  • Manage and verify related documentation such as booth drawings, permits, and insurance.

5. Safety & Risk Control

  • Ensure safety standards are strictly followed during construction and exhibition periods.
  • Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure safe working practices.
  • Identify, resolve, and prevent potential risks and safety issues on-site.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Review, manage, and maintain construction documents and checklists.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including issues encountered and improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate documentation matters with the Operation and Finance teams.

7. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in booth construction, exhibition, or event operations.
  • Proven experience in contractor supervision and on-site construction management.
  • Good understanding of venue regulations and safety standards. Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and booth drawings.

8. Other Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible hours during build-up and dismantling periods.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Experience with exhibition halls or pavilion projects will be an advantage. 9.Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in urgent on-site situations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines.
