Job description:

1. Formulate the annual sales plan and sales budget of the Thai retail channel, the annual, quarterly and monthly business plans of the stores under its jurisdiction, and be responsible for the decomposition and implementation of various plans in each store

2. Familiar with the dynamic development of market retail in the area under your jurisdiction, and explore competitive stores

3. Be able to analyze the sales growth points of the market and stores, and be proficient in the local Thai cultural market Horizontal communication with the company's various business departments and various auxiliary departments and daily relationship maintenance in the mall

4. Responsible for store follow-up, business maintenance, and management of terminal sales in the jurisdiction area According to the annual/monthly sales targets issued by the company, formulate regional annual/monthly marketing promotion plans, programs and implementation steps

5. Solve the problems in the store operation process in time to ensure the standardization and normalization of store operation

6. Follow up the management of the basic work of stores in each region, strictly control lost goods, labor costs, and store ordering

7. Have the ability to train, select and appoint personnel to ensure the continuity of the normal management of the store

Job requirements:

1. More than 5 years of experience in retail channel management, fashion/fashion/retail or consumer goods industry is preferred

2. Marketing-related majors are preferred, and have received training in marketing, human resources, financial knowledge, product knowledge, etc.

3. Have good market judgment, communication skills, and strong market sales experience

4. With excellent sales performance and customer service experience, can effectively improve customer satisfaction

5. Familiar with commonly used office software and retail management software, familiar with ERP system operation

6. Have strong organizational skills, planning skills and execution skills, and be able to effectively achieve goals

7. Have good professionalism, be able to abide by the company's rules and regulations, and maintain professional ethics.Conscious and rigorous, dedicated, open-minded and confident, strong observation and adaptability

8. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English or Thai and Chinese(both written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across regions.
