JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes independently with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and labor laws.
  • Drive organizational development, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and support strategic hiring plans.

You will be discussing in-depth details of the duties with a consultant during the interview session.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Preferably, experience in the automotive or leasing sector.
  • Ability to manage payroll independently using internal systems.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software is an advantage.
  • Good command of English

Salary :  Up to THB 120,000 (based on qualifications & experiences)
