Our manufacturing service enables production of all plastic goods with modern technology in terms of the advancement of raw material by using general plastic, bioplastic, compostable plastics as well as products from research and development process (R&D) such as Modify Atmosphere Packaging, Anti-Bacterial Packaging, TEMP. Indicator Packaging, etc.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Highly Experienced and Dynamic Business Coordinator - Purchasing (Chinese Speaking) for "Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited or known as SUNZIP" in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be managing the purchasing process of raw materials and ensuring that the organization receives the best possible price, quality, and timely delivery from suppliers. This role involves building relationships with

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Domestic Sales & Export Sales & Customer.
  • Confirm customer's order and issue Proforma Invoice.
  • Estimate the volume of product which can be able to meet customer needs.
  • Manage and record sale orders.
  • In case of export to THIP - Coordinate with export sales & THIP & China factory.
  • Follow, Control and Check the shipping plan and shipping documents.
  • Write a sales report, and related to sales department's documents.
  • Research for new prospective customers in China and oversea for China Business project
  • Research and gather all kinds of marketing information from overseas countries as assigned
  • Research for new prospective customers in China
  • Performing other duties, which are work-related, as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration in International Business, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 3 years experienced in Export sales or Import - Export or Purchasing Roles
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required. (Reading / Listening / Speaking and Writing)
  • Able to communicate in English will be an advantage for this position
  • Strong leadership, able to work on own initiative and possessing good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with others and under pressure.
  • Able to travel abroad.
