Job description

  • Coordinate with Users, Application support and Vendor to support IT problem and finding solution.
  • Coordinate, perform, and handle development of systems, and assignments to meet the target of result and schedule.
  • Propose procedures to improve the existing or develop new process, system modification, test, procedures, or other assigned operations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop or enhance tools to assist in the work deliverables
  • Support the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.
  • Propose solution for workaround

Qualification

  • At least bachelor degree or higher with basic IT knowledge (software, hardware, network, and database)
  • 5 - 10 years working experience in IT Business Analyst or related fields
  • Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
  • Finance and leasing background is preferred
  • IT-literate preferably with database system background
  • Has good problem–solving and analytical skills
