Responsibilities

  • Communicate with users and stakeholders to thoroughly understand system requirements.
  • Analyze business and data requirements, then translate them into clear design/functional documents for technical teams.
  • Create relational data diagrams, system flowcharts, and technical specification documents.
  • Maintain the backlog by tracking issues and changes, keeping requirements and documentation up to date.
  • Support testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and verify features against requirements before release.
  • Review features prior to delivery and capture feedback for improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Train end users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.

qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst on software development projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication (spoken and written).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management and prioritization.
  • Collaborating across teams and reporting status to the supervisor.
  • Basic tech skills (ERD/SQL, Jira/ClickUp, ) with UAT support.
