Job Description :

  • Handle shipment operations for smooth exporting operations of CBU (Including issue shipping documents)
  • Coordinate with all concerned parties in order to process shipment smoothly.
  • Closely communicate with customers to get essential market information to take prompt action, and analyze the market in order to recommend/suggest improvement and get better sales.
  • Collect, analyze, and report market information and sales for management approval & for own & team understanding.
  • Keep updating and collecting new regulations or market information affected by company business.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Economics, Management or a related field
  • 2-8 Years experience in Export Coordination

  • Good command of both written and spoken English.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and vendors in different countriesand cultures

  • Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of customs compliance and trade compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience
