We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in IT or digital project management. This role is ideal for someone ready to step up—not just to assist, but to lead day-to-day project operations, drive milestone delivery, and ensure alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project execution under the direction of the senior project team—ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Drive milestone tracking and delivery, keeping the team accountable and proactively flagging risks or blockers.
  • Coordinate and lead internal meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and clear documentation of action items.
  • Maintain and update all core project documentation, timelines, and reports to ensure visibility and control across stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project communications—ensuring clarity and consistency across internal teams and external partners.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support project tooling and systems, such as JIRA, Confluence, or other task management and documentation platforms.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality status reports, presentations, and summaries for internal reviews and client meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital, IT, or web project management.
  • Strong understanding of digital or IT-related project workflows.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
