Job Purpose:

To assist in managing overall Human Resources and Administrative functions, ensuring that all HR operations are effective, compliant, and aligned with company policies. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with strong communication skills in English and experience working in a Chinese company or multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Manage and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and employee relations.
  • Support manpower planning and recruitment processes, ensuring timely and qualified hiring.
  • Coordinate and monitor performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and company regulations in compliance with Thai labor law.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
  • Coordinate with head office or management (including Chinese management) on HR-related matters.

Administration

  • Supervise general administration functions such as office management, company vehicles, office supplies, and facilities maintenance.
  • Manage company licenses, permits, and government-related documents.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and assist management in internal communication.
  • Support management in organizing company events, welfare activities, and CSR programs.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare HR reports, headcount summaries, and analytical data for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law, social security, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as government offices, consultants, and auditors.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Admin, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager level.
  • Experience working in a Chinese company or cross-cultural organization is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
