Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company s F&B business objectives.
Partner closely with F&B Operations Managers and Outlet Managers to identify manpower needs, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all F&B positions, ensuring the right talent is hired in a timely manner.
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to build skills and enhance service quality.
Advise management and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations issues.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, training hours) to drive continuous improvement.
Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance cases, and ensure fair and consistent employee relations practices.
Work with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive pay structures and reward systems for F&B staff.
Promote a positive work environment that supports teamwork, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to deliver service excellence training programs.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
QualificationsBachelor s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, Thai labor law, and F&B operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Job skills required: English, Teamwork, Compliance, Labor law
