Role Summa
ry : As Director, Creator Partnerships, you own the Creator Partnerships P&L in Thailand and lead the strategy, commercial engine, and team execution that turns creators into a scalable revenue portfolio. You will build and grow high-performing creator programs across Social Commerce, Social-First, Brand Partnerships, and Creator-led IP, while strengthening Hepmil's ecosystem with creators, talent agencies, platforms (e.g., TikTok), and industry bodies. This is a Director-level seat: you're not just "managing partnerships" you're building a business line, driving margin discipline, and shaping how our creator model scales with regional strategy.

Core Outcomes:

  • Deliver annual revenue + gross profit targets for the Creator Partnerships pillar (including pipeline coverage + quarterly forecasting accuracy)
  • Build a tiered creator portfolio (top earners, growth creators, experimental bets) with retention and monetization playbooks
  • Launch scalable programs that improve creator LTV, conversion to paid work, and repeat client demand
  • Establish a Thailand creator ecosystem that is "region-ready" (reporting, governance, playbooks, and cross-market activation)

  • Own the Creator Partnerships P&L: revenue, GP%, cost discipline (creator payouts, production costs, agency fees), and budget planning
  • Build the 2026 growth plan: revenue streams, pricing frameworks/rate cards, packaging, and capacity planning
  • Drive business performance through forecasting, pipeline health, conversion rates, creator yield, and margin improvements
  • Set OKRs, operating cadence, and weekly/monthly performance reviews with the team and cross-functional leaders
