Position: Assistant Director / Director – Elite Membership Development

Business: Elite Global Membership & Lifestyle Services 

Total Package: Up to 150,000 THB / month

About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Assistant Director / Director to lead and grow an Elite Global Membership business serving affluent and discerning clients.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with a strong passion for high-value membership sales, premium lifestyle services, and relationship-based selling. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional experiences to an elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end operations of the Elite Membership business

  • Drive high-ticket membership sales, revenue growth, and long-term member value

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and expand elite member portfolios

  • Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, partners, and key stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to elevate brand positioning and member experience

  • Analyze business performance, forecast revenue, and report to senior management

  • Coach, lead, and inspire high-performing sales and operations teams

  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and market trends within premium and luxury segments

  • Ensure service excellence aligned with elite brand standards and global expectations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields

  • 5-10+ years of experience in membership-based, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or high-value service businesses

  • Proven leadership experience at Senior Manager / Assistant Director / Director level

  • Strong track record in high-value sales, membership growth, or relationship-driven revenue

  • Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English

  • Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with elite / high-net-worth clients

  • Experience in global or premium membership models will be a strong advantage
