About the role

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record of driving operational excellence? APEX LEAP INTERNATIONAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CO., LTD.' is seeking a talented Thai Operation Manager to join our team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our operations to support the company's strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
  2. Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations, including logistics, inventory management, and staff supervision
  3. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline processes
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  6. Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team
  7. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  2. Proven ability to optimise operations and drive continuous improvement
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  5. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  6. Proficient in Thai and English, both written and verbal
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
