Job Description

HR Manager to manage Product Consultant (PC) team

Agencies Management

·       Agencies' performance by managing recruitment progress with agencies

·       Manage on-site agency and invoice management

PC Performance, Report & Data Consolidation

·       Consolidate data and prepare report for performance meeting

·       Closely working with PC Leader and Manager to manage PC by stores.

·       Monitor PC performance by summarizing PC costs against sales.

Recruitment Management

·       Recruitment plan by coordinating team leader for recruitment plan

·       Recruitment performance by working with agencies speed up recruitment or solve any recruitment issues

·       Monitor recruitment progress and propose solutions for stores that are difficult to place the vacancies

Compensation & Benefits

·       Manage compensation with agencies, e.g. salary, incentive for payroll process and other benefits.

·       Budget management by monitoring PC expenses

Training and Engagement Activity

·       Manage Master Trainer team for soft-skill and product knowledge training

·       Design and arrange all PC activities.

Qualification

  1. Has 5-10 years of experience in HR management, compensation and benefit, performance management (preferably handling PC or outsourced employees).

  2. Strong skills in big data management, reporting, and good at Microsoft Excel.

  3. Good coordination, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

  4. Detail-oriented, ownership, and able to work under pressure.

  5. Must have a good command of English communication.
