Job Purpose

To lead and manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient performance across departments, and sustainable profitability. The Hotel Manager will act as the key representative of The Peri brand at Khao Yai, maintaining brand standards, operational excellence, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and Front Office.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement brand service standards consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and maintain property upkeep, cleanliness, and safety standards.

2. Financial & Business Performance

  • Drive revenue, cost control, and profitability according to business targets.
  • Prepare and manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze financial results and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to optimize occupancy, ADR, and GOP.

3. People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop department heads to ensure high engagement and retention.
  • Foster a positive and service-minded culture aligned with The Peri brand DNA.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, training programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Build local community and stakeholder relationships to strengthen employer branding.

4. Guest Experience & Brand Standards

  • Ensure all guests receive personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high scores in guest satisfaction, online reputation, and mystery audit results.

5. Compliance & Sustainability

  • Ensure all licenses, legal, and safety requirements are up to date.
  • Drive sustainability practices in line with company initiatives and environmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven track record in financial management and service excellence.
  • Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
  • Passion for lifestyle hospitality and local community engagement.
