Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations professional to oversee and support the daily administrative and operational functions of the company. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all office activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and building management to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  2. Supervise office facilities, equipment maintenance, and housekeeping services to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  3. Manage office supplies, procurement requests, and inventory control to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
  4. Support administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence handling.
  5. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities to ensure effective coordination and execution.
  6. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office services and compliance with company standards.
  7. Prepare monthly operational reports and assist in budget tracking or cost-saving initiatives.
  8. Support HR and other departments on administrative matters such as onboarding, employee welfare, and general coordination.
  9. Continuously review and improve office procedures and workflows for greater efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or general affairs.
  3. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  4. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  5. Good command of English and computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
