Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Overall inventory management (Control FIFO of continue item, discontinue item facing management)
  • Promote inventory efficiency by optimizing store types and sales power (product assortment by store types and sales power, allocation by store types and sales power)
  • Optimization of department in-charge inventory (stores, warehouse, pending, total inventory)
  • In order to control the inventory according to the actual situation based on the OTB plan, cooperate with the RKJ Product Planning Department and manage the SCS on a monthly basis
  • Based on the face control map, decide on a weekly store consolidation plan
  • Remaining inventory processing (resale) proposal and coordinate with Operation department, Warehouse department, and Finance department
  • To work with Store Operations Team on stock levels, aged merchandise, identify problems and propose improvement plan
  • To work with Warehouse for smooth delivery to stores to prevent any out of stock and delivery in time
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 1–2-year experience in Merchandising and/or Inventory Controller in Retail business
  • Good communication skill – able to communicate with relevant teams effectively
  • Good sense of merchandising and commercial
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good command of English will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
