Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Operations Executive to support and oversee the daily operations of luxury retail boutiques. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, team coordination, and full compliance with brand and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operational activities across all boutiques, including manpower planning, visual merchandising control, store maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs across all locations and assisting in implementing operational improvements.
  • Managing and processing watch orders across all brand partners.
  • Handling orders for accessories and visual merchandising (VM) materials, excluding specific luxury brands.
  • Coordinating with operations, marketing, and front-line teams to align activities with brand standards and procedures.
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels in all boutiques and proper scheduling of duties.
  • Drafting and distributing internal memos as directed by management.
  • Assisting in the implementation of sales targets, commission schemes, and performance tracking.
  • Supporting and monitoring mystery shopper programs and following up on related action items.
  • Contributing to staff development and training initiatives.
  • Monitoring customer repair services and ensuring service excellence.
  • Ensuring boutique security protocols and procedures are followed.
  • Assisting in planning and executing store renovation projects.
  • Performing other operational and sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS or retail systems.
  • Experience in visual merchandising or stock/inventory management is an advantage.
