Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational & Financial Performance:

  • Lead P&L management for the city/region and oversee budget allocation and monitoring.

  • Set and monitor sales targets and financial KPIs.
  • Analyze regional market trends and adjust operations accordingly.
  • Supervise staff management, hiring, training, and performance evaluations for store managers(Venue).
  • Develop city-level talent pipelines and ensure venue operations meet quality standards.

  • Venue Management & Standards:

  • Ensure consistent venue operations and adherence to standards.

  • Audit venue operations to maintain high-quality standards and cross-venue consistency.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across multiple venues.

  • Reporting & Communication:

  • Report on city performance to the HQ and manage communication between venues and HQ.

  • Liaise with internal teams to maintain alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably in the entertainment or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on training, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and sales target setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
  • Knowledge of the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to management
