Head of Creative Content Strategy

Role Purpose
The Strategy Office – Head of Creative Content Strategy is responsible for the overall creative and content direction across all ppdd brands. The role translates business and brand objectives into clear content strategies, frameworks, and key creative directions that brand and marketing teams can execute.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the overall creative content strategy for ppdd and adapt it for each brand.
- Create and maintain creative content playbooks (content pillars, formats,new creative campaigns) for each brand.
- Research on new creative content idea and audience analysis
- Work with Brand Heads to translate brand and business goals into content plans and recurring content series in all aspects
- Co-Develop major campaigns and key content ideas to ensure they are on-strategy, on-brand, and creatively strong.
- Work with the CMO and marketing team so content strategy, media, and PR plans align and support each other.
- Use basic content performance data (engagement, reach, watch time, CTR, etc.) to recommend improvements and testing priorities.
- Support cross-brand creative initiatives when multiple brands collaborate on shared themes or campaigns.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to creative and brand teams and help build their strategic thinking about content.
Requirements
- 7–10+years' experience in content strategy, creative, or brand strategy roles (agency, media, platform, or brand-side).
- Demonstrated work where content or campaigns contributed to clear business results (not only views or likes).
- Strong skills in structuring ideas, storytelling, and giving clear feedback.
- Experience working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, design, and/or sales teams.
- Comfortable using basic performance metrics to inform creative decisions. Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
