Creative Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Creative Content Development

• Plan and conceptualize static visuals (Key Visuals, Product Shots, Lifestyle Visuals, Infographics, etc.) for both online and offline channels, and brief the Graphic team accordingly.

• Collaborate with the MarCom team to translate brand, product, and campaign messages into creative and engaging content.
• Plan static creative assets tailored for each platform (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Meta, Modern Trade, POSM, etc.) and provide clear creative direction to the Graphic team.

• Brand Alignment & Visual Consistency

• Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the Brand CI and visual guidelines.

• Co-develop the visual direction and communication pillars for brand and campaign executions.

• Campaign & Marketing Support

• Develop creative artwork for campaign communication, KOL/Influencer collaborations, and paid media ads.

• Work closely with the Graphic team to design Key Visuals for eCommerce campaigns and modern trade promotions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure all visuals align with activations and partner campaigns.

• Collaborate with the TikTok Creative team (motion/video) to maintain consistency and connection between static and motion content.

• Optimization & Innovation

• Monitor design and content trends to propose new ideas that enhance engagement and click-through rates.

• Continuously improve creative assets based on performance data and feedback from the Brand Manager and MarCom team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Design, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in creative content development, art direction, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of visual communication, brand identity, and social media design principles.
• Ability to brief designers clearly and think strategically about how visuals drive engagement and conversion.
• Preferred: Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Mom & Kids, and Healthcare, with agency or related industry background.
